30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your GO2BITES! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products received in error
  • Damaged or defective products (we'll replace these immediately)
  • Products that don't meet your expectations

How to Return Your Order

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@go2bites.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging and attach the label
4. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@go2bites.com with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item. Your satisfaction is our priority!
